Each unit includes LED lighting, high-efficiency appliances, and fiber-optic connectivity. ACL expanded its local procurement opportunities to non-construction areas like apartment sales, personal protective equipment, and web design. The council also assembled healthy lifestyle packages for residents to frequent local gyms and restaurants.
Erfolgreiche Projekte
Every unit in Riverside View was sold by May 2021. The project was named a finalist in the Housing category at the LGC Awards 2021.
