City personnel deployed a drone to capture overhead footage of Salford's improved green spaces. A four-minute video compares the city's industrial past with parks and waterways improved by £127 million in public funds. Salford residents are educated on green spaces that form 60% of city property. The drone footage traced the city's park history from Peel Park's opening in 1846 to the newly created RHS Garden Bridgewater.
