The county's Fostering Service will group up to 10 foster families in each Hive. An assigned Hive Carer Support Worker hosts monthly support meetings and offers personalized guidance to foster parents. An on-call Hive Link Carer facilitates day and overnight care for up to three days for parents who need assistance. Hampshire Hives throughout the county result in informal support networks among foster families.
