The city recruited 202 employees who have experienced trouble sleeping for the one-year study. Participants received sleep-tracking devices to gather daily health data. Half of the volunteers discuss their sleeping habits in weekly consultations with experts from Osakidetza. The control group receives weekly analyses of device data without consultations. The pilot's results will be used by IIS Bioaraba and Osakidetza for a virtual assistant dedicated to improved sleep.
