Bloomington, IN employees create a functional water cart

Hand-crafting a cart when buying wasn't an option.

In 2016, Bloomington’s Water Quality Coordinator wanted to have a water cart available for community events. However, water carts offered on the market proved expensive and not very functional. With no product on the market suitable to the specific need, a do-it-yourself cart became the best way forward. And that’s exactly what a City employee did. Now a fully functional, cheap, and attractive water cart is one of the best ambassadors for Bloomington tap water when it makes appearances.
