New Orleans, LA radar technology tracks illegal dumping

The New Orleans Sanitation Department installed cameras integrated with Axis radar technology at illegal dumping sites. This surveillance system was implemented as part of the mayor's "Clean Up NOLA" initiative. The system identifies and tracks people responsible for illegal dumping activity which allows the city to collect large fines from the offenders.
