En cours

Adult residents of Orlando can reserve tablets and Wi-Fi hotspots for free during the one-year pilot. Participants present proof of residency to access connectivity equipment from five neighborhood centers. Each checkout lasts up to two weeks with a one-week buffer between reservations.
