London Borough of Haringey partnered with adam HTT to developed its Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) to proactively support local businesses. The Council uses this electronic procurement tool for professional services, minor works, adult care, temporary accommodations, parks, leisure, and transport. The DPS allows suppliers, who have completed a one-time accreditation process, to bid for local opportunities within their service category.
