Kirklees Council, GB My Care Account Adult Social Care

My Care Account provides online access to care data previously restricted to in-person or phone consultations. Participants in the two-month pilot use My Care Account to find review dates, care documentation, and carer consent forms. This online account system connects to the existing My Kirklees system used for service requests. Kirklees Council asks for user feedback about their experiences with the new system to inform future improvements.
