The Municipality of Guldborgsund revamped its building permit process to make it easier for residents and businesses to apply. The construction department created a new position, construction case coordinator, to assist with the application process. The construction case coordinator reduced the amount of technical jargon in the application guidance material. Most notably they also eliminated the collection of fees to promote the municipality's business friendliness.
