Newcastle and project partner Sparrowly Group guided 15 businesses in the initial cohort. Shop owners received advice on creating in-demand services and bookable experiences. Mentors provided advice on online marketing and sales that can increase tourist access to local products. The program walked participants through local partnership opportunities that combine experiences, accommodations, and transportation.
