Parking areas are given green, yellow, and red tags based on occupancy rates. This system also distinguishes between paid, disabled, loading, and UPark vacancies. Commuters and shoppers use the app for contact-free payments for their meters including a one-time Extended Stay option for 15 minutes beyond the posted time limit.
