Norfolk, VA is creating a fiber cable ring to increase internet connections
Norfolk is working with four other cities to create a "digital port" that will have impressive internet speeds and connections by installing underground fiber cable lines. The project will give residents, businesses, and universities access to cheaper and faster internet.
