The pilot covers nine types of documentation including Ambulance Payments, Special Events Liability Forms, and the Utility Arrears Program. Residents do not need to sign up for accounts to participate and automatically receive electronic copies of documentation. City officials will review feedback from city employees and residents when discussing the program's future in March 2023.
