Borough residents commented on a draft carbon neutrality plan using Commonplace. Hundreds of comments on the seven-point plan inform the work of a newly created Carbon Neutral Greenwich Planning Group. Project partner Mutual Gain trains this group of up to 30 residents on how to conduct a participatory budgeting process. The group will review applications, host a presentation day for finalists, and oversee public votes for council-backed projects.
