Visitors requested Municipal Register records from the kiosk without lengthy waits or applications. The kiosk offered services in Spanish, Valencian, and English with an accessible design for users with disabilities. Alicante approved the purchase of 15 kiosks for installation at community centers with potential expansion into ticketing and payment services.
