The City of Eden Prairie is using Polco's COVID-19 Vaccination Survey to inform local vaccine planning. Every resident registered to the city's email and text message subscription service received a survey invitation. The city conducted the survey to identify any vaccine information in the community and to understand how resident were thinking and feeling about COVID-19 vaccines. The city is using this information to improve its communication strategies regarding vaccinations.
