Enfield Council launched a crowdfunding campaign to support rough sleeps during the COVID-19 pandemic by providing them with a home-starter kit. The £17,430 campaign was designed to break the cycle of homelessness by helping rough sleepers literally rebuild their lives. If successful, the campaign will allow the Council to provide 10 local rough sleepers with home-starter kits that contain furniture, fridges, cutlery, etc.
