Hendersonville, NC created the "Stormwater Stroll" an educational park experience on water quality
The City of Hendersonville created the "Stormwater Stroll" an educational and recreational experience for visitors on the topic of water quality. The city installed a series of informational signs along the path at Patton Park which teach park visitors various stormwater projects. The green infrastructure viewable on the stroll include rainwater cisterns, a bioretention pond, rain gardens, a permeable paving system, and a stormwater wetland.
