Local councils and nonprofit organizations are eligible for up to £2,500 for repair cafe development. The funding can be used for venue rental, tools, training, and volunteer recruitment costs. Herefordshire Council, GB enhanced responses to service requests with Reporting App
The Reporting App is a mobile-friendly web app originally designed for residents to document and report potholes. Herefordshire Council expanded the app to address right-of-way complaints, illegal dumping, and uncollected dog waste. An app user takes a photo and enables location pins to help council personnel respond to requests. The requesting party and the council are notified of requested remedies by email.
