The council's Fastershire partnership with Gloucestershire County works with Gigaclear to achieve 100% coverage in Ledbury. Fiber-to-the-Premise broadband from Gigaclear achieves speeds up to one gigabit per second. The Ledbury project improves work and school productivity for 5,000 homes and businesses with COVID-19 restrictions in mind. Fastershire previously achieved 92% connectivity at 30 megabits per second and 26% connectivity at the one-gigabit rate for Herefordshire.

Understand Herefordshire presents data on the council's wards and Lower Super Output Areas (LSOA). Tapping a ward or LOSA on the interactive map opens demographic information along with Indices of Deprivation ratings. Countywide statistics are presented under seven tiles on the dashboard's main page. The council's Intelligence Unit maintains a news feed on the dashboard with the latest statistical reports and data tools.

The Reporting App is a mobile-friendly web app originally designed for residents to document and report potholes. Herefordshire Council expanded the app to address right-of-way complaints, illegal dumping, and uncollected dog waste. An app user takes a photo and enables location pins to help council personnel respond to requests. The requesting party and the council are notified of requested remedies by email.
