HIV-positive residents of Maricopa County access free or affordable services through the Ryan White Program. The calculator was designed by county health staff using Microsoft Excel and data analytics tools. Data on residents with HIV previously served by the program were used to map outcomes across 200 subpopulations. This analysis found intersections of age, race, and other characteristics where services were not offered or were ineffective.
