Property owners interested in council-managed listings on Salford Home Search can choose the single-fee Bronze and Silver levels. The Gold and Platinum levels offer rent collection, dispute handling, and maintenance services in exchange for shares of monthly rents. City officials hope to reduce social housing waitlists that lead to an average of 39 applicants for each listing.
