Hoboken, NJ is piloting four Hudson River flood projects: Resist, Delay, Store, Discharge
This project prevents Hudson River flooding with four pilot programs: Resist uses hard infrastructure and soft landscaping features. Delay uses urban green infrastructure. Store improves existing green and grey infrastructure. Discharge improves the existing stormwater system.
