The Housing Options for Old People (HOOP) website centers on a survey of the user's current housing needs. This survey includes questions about home size, location, and personal preferences. Seniors who complete the HOOP questionnaire receive recommendations from local providers including in-home care and contractors. County officials worked with EACFirstStop to expand the HOOP portal after a seven-month pilot.
