Erie County, PA launches reopening workflow to help restaurants protect employees and diners

Free tools for local restaurants help them reopen safely

Erie County's Health Department was looking for a way to help local restaurants understand, plan for, and implement complex COVID reopening guidance. They used a free CityGrows workflow to create an optional online reopening planning tool. Restaurants can register, develop a personalized plan for reopening safety procedures for staff and diners, and download their personalized plan. Erie County Health staff can review and work with restaurants to improve their procedures. It's free and optional
