Helsinki, FI Innovation Agent Team Solutions Challenges
Planners and specialists from four city departments identify service areas that could be improved by new solutions. Agents search for local and regional innovators with relevant solutions that may not be found through traditional procurement channels. The team works with selected parties to shape their products and services for the marketplace. These consultations may result in innovators working on current or upcoming city initiatives based on agent recommendations.
