Limerick City and County Council, IE Rightsizing Pilot

Successful applicants sold their homes to the council, thus expanding the available housing supply in Limerick. Participants receive lifelong residency and on-site services at eight townhomes managed by Clann Housing. Homeowners aged 55 and older were eligible for the rightsizing program. The program encourages residents with adult children to downsize their homes and receive assistance for the rest of their lives.
