Waitomo District Council launched AlphaOne a new online building consent system. Users can instantly submit and track building projects including consents, certificates of acceptance, exemptions, and code compliance certificates. During the transition from the previous paper-based system, the Council's building compliance team helped residents with physical applications submit their documents electronically.
