The one-year pilot pursues multiple paths to helping 270,000 residents without Internet access. A Device Bank operated by Good Things Foundation connects the digitally excluded with upcycled laptops and mobile devices from area businesses. City officials will run a Data Bank of subsidized mobility plans and connections to low-cost offers by service providers. The Digital Inclusion Service also refers residents to more than 100 existing digital training and service programs.

Spinview's Deep Rail Sensors have been deployed on the Piccadilly Underground line to create a digital twin. VQvision measures air particulates, temperatures, and noise levels throughout the entire route. Scattered measurements were previously taken by Transport for London teams during manual inspections. Transit officials will use the digital twin for quick responses to maintenance issues up to 30 meters below street level.
