Hobart, TAS Health With Dignity Need Residents Practitioners
Project operator The Salvation Army schedules and travels with participants to appointments. The program focuses on unhoused residents, people leaving incarceration, and victims of domestic violence. Hobart's financial contribution to the project covers up to three half-hour appointments per participant. Health with Dignity is a low-cost method for building relationships between practitioners and patients who only seek care during emergencies.
