Saanich, BC Neighbour to Neighbour Resilience Initiative
District officials are recruiting three groups of up to 12 residents each for the first N2N cohort. Group members learn about climate action, emergency preparedness, and conservation during three workshops. Each N2N group can apply for grants of up to CAD 500 for the development of community activities related to these three topics. This initial cohort will help Saanich determine how to maximize the impacts of volunteerism and public funds on community resiliency.
