Bellevue, WA Neighborhood Enhancement Program
Residents of the Crossroads neighborhood submitted 69 ideas on how to use $439,000 in public funds. The city created a final ballot of eight enhancement projects with budgets of up to $225,000. Every household was able to vote on their top three projects. Finalists included bocce ball courts at Crossroads International Park and the beautification of 148th Avenue NE. The Neighborhood Enhancement Program rotates among Bellevue neighborhoods over a seven-year period.

Wilburton in project scoping/review phase Wilburton residents, the project submission phase for NEP in the Wilburton area closed on May 19. City staff is evaluating the ideas residents submitted against NEP criteria. Eligible projects, which will be included on a ballot that residents will receive in the mail in September.
