Residents in Lower and Upper Cambourne request deliveries from their local co-op on the Starship app. Delivery robots are entirely powered by electricity and use sensors for accurate navigation during their journeys. The app offers real-time tracking and instructions on how to retrieve orders upon arrival. Local officials and Starship will use lessons from the 5,000-home pilot zone as they consider countywide expansion in the future.
