Bridgend County Borough Council designed its website to meet the AA standard level requirements according to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines. The Council integrated Browsealoud, a toolbar which allows users to listen to the website, to improve accessibility for users with dyslexia, visual impairments, language barriers, or learning difficulties. The Council's website includes simple emoticons on the bottom of each page which allow users to leave feedback on the accessibility features.

Bridgend County Borough Council’s website has been named as the most accessible in Wales for disabled people. Sitemorse, an independent body which analyses government websites, has ranked the council’s site as being the most accessible in the country for the second quarter of 2020.
