Mindful Towns and Villages creates a network of Wellbeing Champions at small businesses and local organizations. Participants can learn mental health first aid during a one-day online course from Thriving Workplaces. The two-hour Wellbeing Champion Training provides the resources and advice necessary to assist community members. The council's Help Hub provides signage and ongoing support for organizations completing either of the free training options.
