The Gray Zone helps individuals, between ages of 14 to 21, strengthen resilience and develop coping resources regardless of their socio-economic, social, religious, or ethnic background. The Gray Zone service offers free, anonymous, voluntary, and non-binding psychological aid at the Carita Schulpfhaus emergency shelter.

The house number boards cost between 79 to 154 euros depending on the building's locations and they comply with all official city regulations showing the street name and house number. Each house number board measures 33 by 23 centimeters and is made from high-quality material that is weather-resistant and durable.

The city of Graz created the SocialCard to offer low-income residents discounts for fees related to transportation, leisure activities, and cultural facilities.
