Municipal officials sought to revitalize the Central Business District (CBD) by turning it into a 15-minute neighborhood. Reviver Centro attracts new housing units in the CBD with tax exemptions during development. Participating developers are prioritized for 40 square meters of commercial space for every 100 square meters of housing built. Fees generated by Reviver Centro projects are allocated for bike trails, pocket parks, and a subsidized housing program.
