Fifteen kiosks in public locations allow residents to pay their bills while complying with COVID-19 protocols. Payments completed through these kiosks are eligible for 3% discounts. This discount is in addition to the standard early payment discounts offered each year. Tijuana officials also offered the earliest adopters free insurance covering up to 100,000 pesos of losses from fire and theft.
