Urban Agriculture Fellows learn the ins and outs of farm operations including sustainable planting, market sales, and community outreach. The city pays each fellow $15 per hour for 20 hours per week over a one-year period. Participants can follow their fellowships with free participation in the Sustainable Cooperative Food Business Training Program.
