Oak Park, MI launches SeeClickFix 311 for resident service requests
The City of Oak Park launched SeeClickFix 311, a resident service request platform available online and through a free mobile app. Residents can report issues such as potholes, graffiti, streetlight outages and park maintenance concerns, upload photos, pinpoint locations and follow request status in real time. It replaces the city's previous service request system.
