El Paso, TX Helps Platform Connects People in Need Services
The new portal directs users to live chats in 10 service areas including food security, housing, and mental health. Support agents determine each person's needs and make referrals to local providers. City departments coordinate with partner organizations like Amistad and United Way on navigating community members through available services. El Paso built the service with Webex and other Cisco tools.
