Graz, STE SocialCard discounts for low-income residents
The city of Graz created the SocialCard to offer low-income residents discounts for fees related to transportation, leisure activities, and cultural facilities. The city added a €40 small child allowance during the COVID-19 pandemic for all SocialCard recipients with children under 6 years old. The vouchers can be redeemed at 25 local establishments for children's clothing. SocialCard recipients were also granted free club membership in sports clubs for children.
