Tulsa, OK Financial Empowerment Center Money Troubles

The city partnered with Goodwill Industries of Tulsa to open the FEC. Residents receive personalized guidance about budgeting, savings, and credit score improvement from a team of certified counselors. Tulsa's emergency rental assistance program refers participants to the FEC, thus identifying vulnerable residents without additional marketing. The FEC also supports the Bank On Tulsa program's efforts in moving residents away from high-risk banking products.
