Local restaurants, grocers, and other food services registered for free with the council. Residents participating in the program receive passports accepted in November and December. The Global Food Passport entitles the user to coupons and special discounts for cuisines from around the world. This pilot is part of the #ShopSalisbury initiative created to encourage local purchases during a difficult economic period.
