The city of Boston is partnering with Helpful Places on the Digital Trust for Places and Routines (DTPR) project to establish an open source communication standard for cities. The city of Boston is installing signage on urban tech devices to better inform the community about its use. The signage will consist of embedded QR codes which when scanned provides information about the device, the data it's collecting, and how to provide feedback.
