Council officials recognized a shortage of expertise in key areas from civil design to regulatory compliance. An Expression of Interest was published for retired locals with knowledge in areas of council operations. Fraser Coast will identify interested experts and offer short-term contracts based on council needs. Reignite Your Expertise will leverage decades of experience in mentoring young professionals and designing effective projects.
