The city of Toulouse created the "Allo Toulouse" mobile app to provide residents with access to city hall services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Users can report damages to public spaces, neighborhood nuisances, improper parking, illegal dumping, etc. Users can also make collection appointments, submit street maintenance requests, find addresses for various city services, etc. The Allo Toulouse app sends users an email notification when the requested service has been completed for evaluation.
