Wandsworth Borough Council, GB E-Cargo Bikes Reduce Emission

The council distributed 12 e-cargo bikes to two public departments, three charities, and four businesses. Staffers with Wandsworth's parks police and enforcement teams will demonstrate a zero-emission alternative for last-mile trips. Private recipients including the nonprofit Share Nurseries and a wine bar called The Humble Grape show broader applications of e-bike technology. All participants in the program use local bike shops for service and repairs.
