Clovis, CA COVID-19 Drone First Responder Trial
The Clovis Police Department tested drones for first-on-the-scene work during a 90-day pilot. Drones deployed during emergency calls allowed quick evaluations before officers were involved. City officials hoped for improved evidence gathering and reduced time spent on false alarms.
