King County, WA Collaborative Case Management Pilot

The King County Veterans Program (KCVP) identifies homeless veterans for the pilot. Participants receive HUD-Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing (HUD-VASH) vouchers to cover the rent for apartments identified by the county's Housing Authority. KCVP and the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs coordinate services ranging from food assistance to job training.
